After a lifetime of work in the F&B industry, Gaby arrived in Beijing in 2004 to open award-winning restaurant, Alameda. Garnering local and international acclaim, Gaby then branched out on her own with SALT. The SALT Group now includes Terra Cevicheria & Rum Bar and Zest Coffee Shop.
