Saltastation

The very latest from Gaby and Chef Ana Esteves is SALTASATION. It’s a degustation 5 course 5 wine option at dinner which pairs new world wines with exciting contemporary cuisine. The wines are not always the most common ones that would usually be chosen to go with the dishes, instead they challenge the palate, enhance and balance the flavours of the food and completely change the dining experience. Occasionally Gaby will offer a range of wines from one vineyard alone, depending on availability and variety. It’s a great option for those who really want to expand their culinary and wine repertoire. SALTASTATION is available from Monday-Saturday evening alongside SALT Dinner and changes weekly to ensure new fresh tastes and combinations are always on hand.
